At midnight, Hi-na--the heroine of the story--has a dream that she will fall in love with a famous kaede, the manager of a famous comedy studio. She has a secret: she wants to be with him, but she has to go to a fairy tale to find him. When she meets him, however, she finds that he is sleeping with a girl named Mitsuki. Mitsuki is a childhood friend of the kaede. When Mitsuki asks why she has come to visit, she says that she needs to recharge before Mitsuki comes to visit her at her mother's doctor's office. She tells Mitsuki that she has been unable to contact him all week, but Mitsuki says that they are still friendly. She asks Mitsuki to come visit her, and Mitsuki tells her that he has been called to a flower shop to deliver a message for a film crew. She thanks Mitsuki for his help, and says she will be waiting for the crew's order. She says that Mitsuki has been protecting her all this time, and that she feels bad that she had to see something that upset Mitsuki, but that she does not want her first love to be anyone but her.
