The girl says that she's going to go check it out, and the narrator says she'll have to wait until he gets there. He asks the girl if she'd like to meet Alek at the station, and she says yes. She's so excited that she can't wait to see him. She tells the narrator that Alek isn't the only one who's been hanging out with the girl. She also tells him that Alek likes to read novels and plays the piano. She says she heard that Alek sometimes comes to the house to hang out with his friends because he wants to do something his own way. He says that the girl didn't say anything like that, but he'd heard rumors that he wanted to ditch the group for his own thing. He adds that he has read all kinds of books, including novels and movies. He wonders if Alek has read any of them, and wonders if he has a book that he likes. The girls say that they're having a great time, and they all seem to be having a good time. They all look like they've been having a lot of fun, too.
