It's been almost two months since Ani met Ayase, and she's still not feeling well. She's worried that he's busy with his new job, so she doesn't have time to visit him. She tells him that she'll miss him, too, and that she hopes he'll be able to come visit her soon. Ani asks if she can go to school, but he says he has to stay home and take care of his business. She asks him if he'd be okay if she went to work, and he says it's his job to walk her to school and pick her up shut. He's also worried that she might have a fever, so he tells her to go wash her hands. He tells her that she should get well soon, since it was her job to pick up suzu from school and walk her home.
