It's the first day of Sakura-Mangafest, and we're introduced to the protagonist, who's dressed as a pirate. He's super bummed that no one wants to take a picture of him with his sword in his hand. He wants to do a group photo with the other cosplayers, but they won't let him do it because he's a "stranger" . So he decides to do it himself. He finds a spot with a bunch of blooming sakura flowers and starts swooshing around in the background. The guy who took the picture runs away, and the protagonist gives up on the whole thing.
