In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character named "monchito" , who has just arrived in Japan with his friend "mochi2x" . We learn that the two of them have arrived in the city of Toyo, and that they have arrived at a very high price. They are very excited to be in Japan, and they immediately begin to complain about the high cost of living. They ask about the school that they are supposed to attend, and when they find out that it starts the next week, they decide to visit the school and see what it is like from their point of view.
