The next morning, the two of them are taking a walk together. When they get to the spot where they are taking their strolls, the doctor asks if they are close to each other. They are, of course, but they are so far apart that it is hard for them to communicate. The doctor tells them that he has something important to tell them, and they both cough and fall to the ground.
