It's been a while since we've heard from the girl, but now she's back. She's all excited about the painting competition that's coming up, but she doesn't seem to be having too much fun with it. She tells him that she helped him sign up for it, too, and that he'll have to keep up his grades if he wants to keep his passion for painting alive. She gives him a lunch box and tells him to take it with him because it's "like the cooking gods" make it with their own thanks. He's not into it, though, and says he can't give people an answer when they ask him about his future. But someone has told him that keeping his passion alive is enough, and he's glad that someone has helped him along the way.
