Closer Heartbeat

It's the end of the school year, and the students are getting ready to go to the cultural festival. They're giving out badges, and one of the students is planning to give one of them to a friend. The teacher is all, "Gee, that's a great idea. I'll give it to the guy who's closest to me." The teacher's got a plan. He's going to give the badge to the person he likes, and then he'll let the other students give him theirs as well. He doesn't know who to give his badge to, but he wants to make sure it's someone he likes.
