The next morning, the two men go out to look for the other woman. The first man tells the other man to wait a minute before he unties his shirt. The other man says that he's sorry that he didn't notice that the shirt was untied. The second man tells him that it's embarrassing that he was so close to the first man. The two men talk about how they're not washing their hair tonight because of the misunderstanding. The third man tells them that they have ten minutes to confess and admit their crime if they want to avoid being punished. He says that if they confess, he'll give them time to explain why they were wearing the same clothes. He also says that the clothes got splashed and they had to buy a new one for everyone to change into. He tells the man that he thinks that he spent the whole day with his new friend. The woman says that she's already forgotten her old friend. She even abandoned her old friends. The man asks the woman if she can bear to leave him now. She says she doesn't think so highly of herself and that she still has plenty of time ahead of her. She asks the man if he can forgive her this time and he says that they just got here too and that they should go look for Ming and the others. She tells the woman that love is an "impulse toward sex" and that it starts with the "impression of beauty." She says that Ming is hard to find but fortunately, she has met him.
