In this chapter, we learn that the manager of the party was actually the paparazzi who staged the party. The manager tells us that he was fired from the paparazzi job for helping the manager out at the party, and that he had gone to the continent to become a bounty hunter. He tells the manager that he has work to do, but he believes that he can make his dream come true. The other bounty hunter, Puff, is also eager to join the profession, but is worried about passing an entrance exam. He has gotten insomnia for a long time, and is worried that his health condition will worsen if he does not join. The bounty hunter says that he hasn't decided yet whether or not he will join the formula pharmaceutical company. The hunter association, he says, looks like a "hunter team" , and the purchase price of the materials they worked so hard on is much lower than before. He also says that the association treats them like "line workers," and that they should be paid more for their services.
