In this chapter, Dr. Lorry explains to the audience how he plans to save the lives of the captives. He asks Lorry to go to the fifth floor and give the patients the anti-vax antibodies so that the murderer will not be able to find out about the vaccination and the antibodies. He tells Lorry that if the murderer does find out, he will have no choice but to kill the prisoners.
