About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that the men have killed the beast, and that Ming is in a coma. He asks Ming if he is okay, and Ming replies that he is. Ming says that they can let Ming go, but that Ming's cab is almost completely scrapped. Ming tells Ming to get out of the way, and he says that he will use a more "efficient" way of talking to Ming. Ming thinks that Ming can approach him silently, but Ming says he came in peace, and hopes that Ming doesn't hurt the girls. Ming is angry that Ming has become a watchdog of the company, and wonders why Ming would want to be a watchdog for it. He says that Ming would have been better off as a bodyguard for the two girls, and a superior at the company said that Ming had been squeezing their freedom and benefits. Ming asks if all hunters are strong like Ming, and the answer is no, she is already at class, and her name is not he. Ming explains that Ming will be disqualified as a hunter as punishment for assaulting people in public, and as a victim of the punishment, he does not have any questions. Ming then asks if Ming has a special skill like the woman hunter, or if he has some other special skill. Ming answers that he hasn't known her name since they've known each other a long time, and so his name is Ming.
