In this chapter, we learn that we'll be able to send a text message through a voice mail system. We also learn that, even if we wanted to make the entire thing private, we'd have to go to the office of the person who made the decision to make it public. Anna is shocked that she's made such a big deal about not being able to make a face like that again. She says she'll think about how to apologize and how to make sure that she doesn't make a bad reputation in the future. She's also worried about what to do with the package that's been sent to her.
