The scene opens with a clattering of plates on the table. Anna asks what's wrong with her clothes. She asks if her slacks are okay, and if they're stained. She tells him to take a shower, and then she'll clean his shirt so it doesn't stain. She's worried that he's drunk too much, so she's going to wash his undershirt, too. She also asks if he can use her shampoo, and she tells him that he can tell her if he needs anything else. The scene ends with a knock at the door. It's Anna's coach, who's come to pick her up. She apologizes for being late, and asks if there's anything she can do for him. He says that he hasn't checked his phone all day, and that he had something important to say to her today. She says that she had it on her mind all day long, but didn't know what it was. He'll be back soon.
