Even a father still wants it. The narrator says goodbye to his family and goes to visit Asumi's shrine. He tells them that he knows Asumida's family lives nearby, but he didn't think he'd see them today. He asks if they'd come sooner if he knew they were ready, and they say they'll come if he's ready. They ask if they have a wish, and the narrator says that she's hiding among the crowd. She's not sure where she is, but she does know that he doesn't want to tell them anything until he has a girl to talk about. They joke about how they've opened a shop in his family's name during the holidays, so they couldn't have it easy there. They talk about how their relationship with their parents is getting better, but they're still not happy. They've always wanted to be free, but their mother made them want to be closer to their parents.
