About This Chapter
Even a father still wants it. He's walking home from work, but he's too drunk to walk home. He asks his son to wait for him so he can get home, but the boy doesn't want to wait, so he runs off to find his partner. He sees that they're both drunk, and he wonders if they've gotten into a fight. He wonders if the two of them are going to fight, and wonders if he should go home and see what's going on. The boy says he'll go home, and the father says he can't go home either. The father asks if he can go back and see if the fight is going on, and then wonders if it's okay to go back to the fight. The man says that he can, and that he and the boy are both men. The dad says that if they get caught fighting, they'll lose their job offer, but if they fight, no one will hire him. He tells the father that the man he saw with the boy was asking him some questions, and it was obvious that he was trying to ask him something. He says he told the father many times to be on the lookout for the boy, but that didn't work out, and now he wants to get back at the man.
