In other words, the person who is rich and powerful must be careful in exchange for his or her power. This is why the man who just completed his heavenly tribulation took shelter in a valley when a tornado came. The earthly tribulation means natural disasters, which means that the person has to deal with the pressures of society. This explains why he took shelter when the tornado came, and why he experienced the "earthly tribulation" just now. The next time we see him, he's wearing an emerald dress, which can change its own shape to fit his body size. This dress is so pretty, in fact, that it makes him feel like a goddess. He wants to try it on, but he needs to thank the "old filthy bastard" .
