The young man tells his grandfather that he is very strong and willed. He tells him that he has been seduced by the mythical three-tailed fox and that the big guy is not affected. The old man tells the young man that there is no feud between them, and that they have been practicing buddhism. He says that the buddhist technique is about calming the heart, which makes one resist charms like this. He asks the old man why he is here to kill him, and he says that he wants to kill the monster because he has done countless evil deeds, and because he is a righteous man. He also says that his master taught him that it is his duty to eliminate harm to the people, and if he were to tell him that this is wrong, he would think the same thing as he did, and so he would belong to the guy who said that black heari said "blood devouring orb" . When he hears the roar of the monster's attack, he realizes that the man is using a magical weapon, which is even stronger than that of the fox monster. He wonders why the man would use such a powerful weapon, and wonders if the girl who was hit by the monster is in love with him
