In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, Sunjae, who has just returned from a trip with her fiance, Juwon. The two of them have been hanging out together in a hotel room, and they are discussing the fact that they will be unable to make it back to their hotel room that night because of a snowstorm. They decide to go for a walk together, and when they arrive at their hotel, they find that the door to their room has not been locked, and that they have not been able to get in. When they are alone together, they discuss their love for one another, and how they have been fighting, but that they are on good terms now. They have even celebrated their reconciliation the day before, but now that the clock strikes midnight, they are unable to go home. They are both worried that their relationship has lost its "lust" and that it will be difficult for them to get back together.
