In this short scene, the Panda asks the King's right-hand man if there's anyone out there. He's been robbed of some valuable goods, and he's grateful to the King for his help. The Panda asks if the King will help him, and the King says he'll do it himself. He asks the Panda to observe the Chief Inspector from the Office of Inspector General, Park shin-an, for a week, and then decide what to do. Panda asks who the heck is spying on him. He doesn't know, but he thinks it's a good idea. Panda threatens to kill him if he moves, if he drags time, or if he does nothing at all. He also threatens to stab him if his actions drag on.
