About This Chapter
The next morning, the police officer tells Yonhap that they have been followed. He says that they must have been keeping a close eye on him because he is an officer. Yonhap asks the officer how he knew they were being followed, and the officer says that he was not surprised. He also says that the officers must have kept their distance so that they could not be noticed. The officer asks Yonhap if they can find out who sent the man before they sent him away, and Yonhap says that if they are, they definitely are related to the Deputy Prime Minister. He tells the officer that since he rescued Yonhap, the officers will not sit still, so they should go home to rest. The police officer asks if he thinks it makes sense to kidnap someone who is just asking about the Deputy PM. He replies that it makes more sense than to attack the house of a nobleman without permission. He then asks if it is a crime to attack a man without permission, but Yonhap answers that it is more of a criminal to invade a house of nobility and attack its men without permission than to kidnap a man just asking around. He adds that he thinks the kidnapping was done on purpose, and that the man must have done it on purpose. When Yonhap questions the officer about the kidnapping, the officer replies that he saw the man kidnapping him, and he thinks that the kidnapper must be a maniac. He goes on to say that he will continue the investigation himself, not with the current state of Yonhap's health, but with the state of his body. He
