Yonhap News Agency reports that Yonhap's chief of military affairs, Jeon Yong-seok, has arrived at the palace of Kim Jong-il. Yonhap says that Jeon's accomplice, Kim Yong-soo, has been summoned to the palace to confess his sins for forgiveness.
