In this short scene, we learn that the Panda's commander, Kim Byeong-Cheol, plans to send the ghosts of those who have died in battle to the "court of death" at once. He also tells Park Chan-bae that he will "personally escort" him to "the court of death." This is a reference to the fact that the two of them will go to hell without a trial. The Panda, however, is not about to allow this to happen. He tells his men to "turn farewell" to the cannon of death.
