The hot springs and hotter things in the room make it difficult for the two men to get out of the hot tub. They have to squeeze and pinch the hot stuff to get it to move. The hot stuff moves so fast that they can't get it out of their skin. They're so nervous that they're afraid to do anything but squeeze. They try to get the hot things to move so that they won't hurt themselves, but they don't know how to do it. Finally, they have to pinch and pinch to make it move.
