In this short scene, the two students discuss the theme of the upcoming blackboard art competition, "Catch the stars." They decide to draw a starry night sky with people reaching out to touch the bottom of a board. The theme is "catch" the stars, and the students decide that they will present their artwork in five days. However, they are concerned about the height of the board, as spies have been sent to check out other students' artwork. The two students try to copy their homework, but are unable to. They hear someone discussing their class's art in the hallway, and s/he is very upset by the comments. The students decide to fix their art, but they do not know how to do it.
