About This Chapter
In this chapter, the narrator tells us that he rarely posts anything, and even if he did, he wouldn't do so because he doesn't think his writing would be as bad as it is. He also tells us about the fact that sheng Xu's essay was marked "full point" on the test, and that he was planning to commit suicide if he didn't solve the problem. The narrator then launches into a tirade against sheng, calling him a "study slacker" and a "slacker" . He then tells sheng to change his room during lunch so that they won't come back and knock on his door again. He says that he tried his best to give sheng the life he deserved, and he has never stopped sheng from doing what he wants to do in his spare time. The two then discuss the test they did in their previous class, and sheng says that shang shao wrote the answer correctly on the last question, but that shan shao is the only person who got the answer wrong in the entire class. sheng then asks one of the students, hamlet, to tell him how he came up with the answer. shan says that this is the most important question in the test and that there is only one answer that is correct in the exam.
