The next morning, Siddharth wakes up to find that his school has locked the gate and that he has been punished for climbing over the wall. He asks his brother Siddharth to help him get back into his room. Siddharth tells his brother that he's going to do his homework, but he'll have to help Siddharth with his painting assignments. He's worried that Siddharth is going to fall in love with his teacher, but Siddharth says that love is an "inherent emotion" and he can't do anything about it.
