In this chapter, the cat tries to get the kitten to stop biting him, but the kitten is too scared to do so. He tries to calm him down by saying that he doesn't like being led by kittens in heat, and that he prefers to be the one leading the charge. The cat notices that the smoke coming from the kitten's mouth is making him smell bad, so he starts to smoke himself up.
