The pup's parents cursed him, and they're worried that he'll become an evil influence on the sun goddess. They're going to have to eat the pup before he becomes a threat to the peace of the underworld. Ooh, that sounds like a good idea, right? The pup is still pretending to sleep, and the pup is having a good time. Okay, now it's time for the pup to eat. He doesn't want to go back to his parents' house, so he eats his food. Aww, that's kind of a bummer. But he does want to show his parents that he isn't scary anymore.
