Everyone hates him, he says, because he's alone. He's a strong man, and he doesn't need anybody else. He just needs to be strong. He wakes up to find that the food has been cooked for him. He can't wait to eat it all. He wishes he could have seen the line of senzou, the black fox, in person. The two wolves are funazuki and shizukaze, and they're from the Mingo pack. They're here to thank senzou for his help in getting rid of hagiri. He thanks them all for their help, and says he'll take care of the white kitten.
