Back at the landlord's house, the doctor tells the landlord that he has found the four kinds of pills that the doctor gave him. The doctor says that he will need more time to study them, but the landlord is not so sure. The next morning, the landlord opens the door and finds that his master has gone mad. He blames the director of the general hospital for the whole mess. Dr. Lin, the head of the hematology department at the hospital, says that the patient is the president's son, and that if anything happens, the whole family will be doomed. The only hope, he says, is the doctor from the city of xiangjiang, named "Yang yunfan." The landlord says that if they ask for help from this doctor, they will look foolish in front of the other doctors. The landlord tells his son to follow him to the ward, and the doctor assures him that they will find a doctor to nurse him back to health
