The young man is li-yang, and he is a medical student from the town of xiangjiang in China. He is shocked to learn that the man is harassing a young girl in the middle of the day. He tells the young man to get away from the girl, because he is harassing her. He says that he is not a gentleman, and that he has never heard of such a technique. He adds that he knows that the doctor gave him the medicine because he counted her menstrual cycle and knew that she would get cramps after she ate ice cream. This is why he gave her the medicine in the first place. The medical student says that if he were not mistaken, he would have given her the same medicine as the doctor, but that he would return to his university for two more years to learn his medical skills. He goes on to say that he can see that the young doctor is being kind to the young girl. He asks why the doctor still thinks he has done nothing wrong, and the medical student replies that he thinks he is better because he knows some medical skills, but he says that an adulterer thinks the entire time. He also says that his master is the "divine master" in traditional medicine, and it would be a "piece of cake" for the doctor to treat his condition. He then asks his master to examine him and his friend, because they are both suffering from osteoarthritis.
