The next morning, Huck finds himself in Hong Kong. He's worried that he's been discriminated against because he came to bring his cue back to the hotel where the billiard player left it. Huck tells him that the billiards player has told him that his parents died when he was a young child, and that the woman who adopted him has lived with him ever since. Huck wants to find out where the young man is, but he can't find him anywhere. The young man has quit playing billiards, and Huck is sorry that he hasn't come back yet. Huck also tells Huck that the man gambled with Huck's customers, but one day, the man lost a bet on a mainland tourist. Huck was the one who persuaded the man to stop gambling, and the man promised that he would become a professional player. Huck doesn't believe the man will give up gambling that easily, and he'd like to see him again
