In this chapter, we learn that the two of them don't like each other, and that they've been working at a pool hall together for a while. They're not getting along at all, and they're starting to hate each other's guts. The narrator is all, "Gee, what a shame that's going to happen to you and your sister." The narrator doesn't know what else to say, but he's pretty sure that this isn't going to be the last time he'll see his sister and brother-in-law get along.
