Back at the lake, Lingyu tells us that he's been beaten up by Li, and that he doesn't know why. He says that he can't let Li beat him to a pulp, so he'll give him a chance to learn some new skills and earn some more points. He gives us a look at a bunch of weapons, including a spear, a copper stick, a pair of six-edged maces, and a set of heavy sabers. He's so impressed that he runs over to give it to Lingyu. Lingyu asks if he just called to give the spear to her, and Lingyu says that she did, but she's not sure why. She tells him to go through her stuff without her permission, and then she tells him that she has something important to discuss with him the next day, and she'll keep her wits about her.
