Back in the present, we learn that the photographer is ill and has made rude gestures toward the reporter again. She is also a member of the upper class, and she has an upper-classman in her middle school who is trying to protect her from the two older cousins. She has everything good in her life, and why should her father come pick her up after school when he is late again? He is late, too, and his head hurts. He is also dressed in strange clothes, and he is probably crazy. He asks the reporter to sing him a song or dance to make him happy, and then he will give it to him.
