In this chapter, the demon explains that he is a good escapee and a good hiding place. He says that the girl who is protecting him is afraid that he will be killed. He promises to imprint her with a print so that she will not be able to come near him. He explains that the reason the girl came out to find him that day was because she wanted to find a demon. The demon says that demons are simply intended to do evil, and that keeping one person safe is a joke.
