The chapter opens with a splash of water, followed by a roar of thunder. This is the voice of the "taoist priest" , who is angry with his cousin, the model manager, for picking up the servant. The servant replies that he is beginning to regret picking him up, as he has to work and cannot eat all the food he eats. The model manager asks the servant if he is meeting the friend he is working with today, and the servant says that he has been trying to meet the man for a while, but has been having accidents. He tells the servant that he will accompany him to the man's office to find out the cause of the accident. He says that the cargo elevator behind the building is behind him, and that the man who has "bad luck" is there. He asks the young master to go ahead and be more careful and not to lose his hold. The young master says that it is better for them not to find him for now, as it will be easier for them to find the man. He decides to go investigate, but the servant reminds him that he did not tell him about the banana peel yesterday. He wonders why there is such a thing as a banana peel, and wonders why he didn't hold him.
