The next morning, Hirokazu asks Mishima if she has made up her mind about taking over the family. Mishima replies that she hasn't, and that she doesn't know where they're going to do the ritual. She tells him to hurry up and find another way to do it. She also tells him that the ritual will take place in a place called "hama" , which means "the shore" or "a beach" . She says that if she's feeling strong emotions, she can tell her intentions to mashiro through dreams. She then tells him about the rumor that the new Mishima will summon a "high-ranking kami" to raise his stock price. He says that the rumor means that he'll have to ask for a raise in the price of his company's stock in order to get the kami's help. He also says that he won't let the family do that once he takes over.
