Act 10 opens with a conversation between Asagi and Mashiro. Asagi tells him that his mother has not come to see him since the last time she saw him, 13 years ago. She thought that he had told her that he was going to the main shrine to see her. Mashiro says that aoi would never do such a thing. He also tells Asagi that the shrine is full of people celebrating the return of the beauty. As he and Asagi talk, they notice that the torii is empty. As they sweep the shrine grounds, Asagi says that it feels as though the shrine has come back to life. He says that they have just seen a baby, which means that the baby's parents have come to the shrine to show their support for the returning kami. He then says that asagi gave him an "all out punch" . He asks Asagi to always be there for him when he needs help. As the two men talk, asagi says he has kept it a secret that he cannot get to his mother and father with his current power.
