About This Chapter
The chapter opens with a flashback to a dream in which Minasin tries to tell her son to stop the Kamasin family. She tells him that even if his father's success awakens his mother, she will not be able to do anything more than give him the power to use it. She also tells him to use the scroll to build up his powers as a Miko, or servant, so that he can do more than his mother can do. She says that he should go to sleep early, get up early, be kind and beautiful, and be compassionate and compassionate. He tells her that he has made tea for her, and that he wants to be like her. He says that everyone in the household is up early and that old people are always up early. He adds that he went to see the girl who is the most beautiful in the country, and she said that she was too young to be beautiful. He asks her why she is so young and so far away. She replies that she looks like her parents are older than they are. She adds that she is about the same age as the youngest Miko , who is about as young as the Miko of the kingdom. She asks him to take her for a walk, and he agrees to go. He then asks her to tell him about izanagi and hinohagu, the husband and wife of the great Miko who created the country. He had said that he was nearly killed in battle by his father, but he was saved by his wife. She promises to make him her "pow-erful pawn" .
