The chapter opens with a flashback to the time when the gang used to have a shop in the city of Tochigi. The shop was owned by the older brother of the gang leader, shinichiro kun, who was a member of the eighth generation of the black dragons. When the gang was in charge, it was the worst time in the history of the organization. The gang extorted money from people, sold drugs, and robbed people. The chapter ends with a soliloquy by the protagonist, in which he tells the audience that he wants to be the first division captain of the Tokyo Manji gang.
