Back at the Toman's house, the gang gloats over their recent victory over Mocchi. Chifuyu, the leader of the twin devils gang, says that he was beaten by Mocchi a few days ago, but that the fight was not a loss. Mocchi, he says, is a very strong man, and he's been fighting Mocchi for a long time. The two of them reminisce about a time when they fought with the jugem gang, and Mocchi was the leader. One day, they all gathered at the riverbed to settle the score, but Mocchi got the better of them. The jugems' leader was kanji mochizuki, who challenged Mocchi to a fight, but he got beat too. The gang decides to gather information about where ten jiku is hiding, and they ask Mocchi if he'd like to wait for them. He says he'll get back to them, but first he wants to know why Mocchi is planning to attack them now. He thinks it's because Mocchi has been scheming to create a new toman that will suit Mocchi better than the old one did. He also thinks that Mocchi will be able to use this new man to suit him in the future.
