This is a locked chapterChapter 122 Twin to Dragon
About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that the two of them first met on the street, and that they've been hanging out ever since. We learn that they used to run away from their homes, and now they're hanging out at a strip club together. They're not really friends, though, and they don't really know each other very well. The only time they ever really get along is when they run away together, and then they run into each other again when they meet up at a bar one night. The first time they meet, the narrator says, they ran away together. The narrator says that he's never run away before, but that he did run away when he met up with Mikey. He says that the only time he'll ever run away is when he runs away from home. He asks if he can go check out a place called "Korean style grilled beef" , and if it's been around for a long time, he says, then it must have been erased long ago. He also asks if there's any place like that in the city, and the narrator tells him that he has been watching him around the whole time. He tells the narrator not to talk down to him in exchange for some "karubi don" . He's just a kid, and he doesn't want to talk to him about his own life. He wants to know if the narrator is just wandering around the city at night, or if he lives in the same city as him. He begs the narrator to stop talking to him, but the narrator refuses, saying that he can't do that, because it would be too much like living in his own city. He reminds the narrator that if he were a kid like him, he'd be just like him , too, and not want to be around him.
