The chapter opens with a description of the violent conflict between the Tokyo Manji gang and the Minami gang. The chapter ends with the announcement that Hinata is alive and well. As the chapter opens, the narrator tells us that he never imagined that his sister's death would ever happen. He says that now that he's reunited with his sister, it's a "dream come true" .
