In this chapter, we learn that izana is trying to get rid of the three of her men. She's worried that they're going to kill her, so she's trying to find a way to get them to join her gang. She doesn't know how to do it, but she knows that if they join her, they'll be able to do whatever they want with the money they make. The only problem, she says, is that they don't listen to her. They're under the command of hanagaki, so they can't do anything. She wants to kill them all, and she'll let them go free once they've been killed. This is the only way she can do it.
