The chapter opens with a flashback to the events of the previous chapter. In this chapter, we are introduced to Hiroshi and his sister, Hinata Tachibana, who have both been killed in a car accident. As the flashback continues, we learn that Hiroshi's sister, shiba, has been burned to death, and that the other members of the gang have also been murdered, including Kenryuguji, who stabbed hanemiya, and Haruki Hayashida, who also stabbed. As a result of the murders, Hiroshi has lost all memory of his memories of his childhood home, and he is unable to recall the whereabouts of his former friend, the Toman, who is still alive.
