He also tells the narrator that the view is better from the school buildings, and that the wind is stronger in winter than it is in tokyo. He then tells the teacher that he can't go to class without Anri's consent, because he'd be lonely without her. The teacher assures him that there's no way he can go without her consent, since the school is in the middle of winter, and he can see the view from the other side of the school building.
