The narrator doesn't know what to make of this, but he's glad to hear that his dad's back in town, because it means that he'll be able to hang out with his friends without feeling like a total loser. He also wants to know what's going on with his crush, Anri, because she's been running around with a fever all day, and he hasn't seen her since he left town. He asks Tamura if she'd mind changing the date of her visit with Anri to a later date, because Anri has a fever, too, and she ran around in the rain soaking wet all day. He tells her to go visit the older woman, who teaches at the same school that Anri attends, and then he can go to the cafe with her, since Anri's fever is getting worse. The older woman is teaching after school, and Anri was running around soaking wet when she met her, so she needs to get some fresh air before she heads back to school. She's got a headache, and the whole town seems to be covered in cherry blossoms, which makes her feel sick. She wants to go to a cafe with Tamura to cool off, but Tamura says he'd better go visit Anri after school instead, since her fever seems to have gotten worse, too. He wants to find a way to cool her
