It's the opening ceremony of the high school athletics festival, and the girls are getting ready to strut their stuff in front of the other girls. The girls are all wearing their best clothes, and they're all running around like crazy. One girl is wearing a girl's garter belt, another is wearing garters and garters, and a third is in a garter belt and a garter skirt. The girl who's wearing the garter belt is the one with the garter, and she's getting all hot and bothered by all the girls around her. She's worried that she'll never be able to catch a glimpse of the girl she loves, and that she won't get a chance to do so until she catches sight of the man she loves. She wants to talk to him, but she doesn't know how to get there. She can't figure out who he is, because he's always wearing his garter belt around her neck. She thinks he might be the one who stole her garter belt from the other girl, but then she figures out that the girl he stole it from is the same girl who stole the garter from her friend, and so she decides to go talk to her.
